Return and Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund
Replacement is done for damaged products it should be claimed with in two days of delivery.
Refund Process
If you meet the eligibility criteria, please contact us to initiate the refund process. We will review your case and provide a refund of 80% of the total product cost.
Exceptions
Please note that we cannot offer refunds for:
- Missed appointments or cancelled sessions
- Failure to follow treatment recommendations or guidelines
- Pre-existing medical conditions or complications
